Hey Yall!

If you haven’t picked it up from my Home and About page, I am super passionate about moving! I currently spend most of my “working out” time doing Crossfit type work outs, mixed with yoga, and running. I am aware that not all types of working out is perfect for everyone. There’s not one “fitness” solution to everyone’s problem. Instead, I believe the type of fitness or workout method that makes you the most happiest and motivated is the perfect “fitness” for you! It’s all about moving!
