Workout 2.28.17

I have a great workout to share with you all! I did this workout the Monday morning after Crossfit Open workout 17.1, and it was just what I needed! I wanted to get my heart rate elevated and workout some of the junk that was still built-up from the workout, but wasn’t ready to jump back into the weights. You can make it a 30 minute workout or more like a 15 minute workout- your call!

Option 1: Somewhere around 15 minutes, depending on where you are at in your fitness journey!

  • 400 meter run
  • 5 burpees
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 jump squats (sub these for air squats if jumping isn’t your thing!)
  • 10 burpees
  • 20 push-ups
  • 30 jump squats
  • 5 burpees
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 jump squats
  • 400 meter run

 

Option 2: Took me about 30 minutes to complete.

  • 1 mile run
  • 5 burpees
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 jump squats (sub these for air squats if jumping isn’t your thing!)
  • 10 burpees
  • 20 push-ups
  • 30 jump squats
  • 5 burpees
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 jump squats
  • 1 mile run

Now get moving!
